Vendors are contacted at regular intervals to confirm the booking and details and the week prior to your wedding for a final review and they each receive the timeline for input. I coordinate all vendor scheduling, oversee their activities and support them in creating a successful event.

A comprehensive timeline is developed for your wedding weekend that includes all scheduled activities and what’s required to make them happen. I manage the timeline to provide smooth transitions between events and ensure the day flows seamlessly.
Facility Management
I work with the venue staff to verify details and coordinate scheduling and I coordinate flow of activities with the site team.
Layout Review

Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination
Your rehearsal & ceremony are coordinated – I manage the processional order, oversee site logistics and seating arrangements. Seating cards are provided for preferred ceremony guests.
Site Set-Up
Any personal decor elements are placed in the appropriate places prior to event start time, and any items returning with you are collected and saved for you at the end of the evening.
Wedding Day Logistics
Logistics for you, your bridal party and your family are coordinated to assure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. I oversee venue staff, supervise vendors and manage unexpected challenges.
Specifically included:
- Up to 12 in person (or 24 hours) consultations which can be used by the couple, as couple and planner meetings or with perspective or hired suppliers. *
- Unlimited phone & email support during the planning of your wedding on all aspects of your wedding
- Access to my database of in access of 600 Wedding Suppliers.
- Budget Management, I also advise {prompt} on where, when and how deposits and balances are to be paid and to whom they are due for those relating to your chosen package
- Advice and preparation of a timeline and checklist for your wedding planning.
- Research of suppliers matching your criteria and presentation of same to you for approval.
- Negotiating of discounted prices from suppliers on your behalf.
- Advice on Ceremony planning.
- Advice on Reception planning.
- Devising a contingency plan (in case of rain/ snow etc.)
- Production of a Design Presentation following on from the consultation to include images, ideas and solutions as per our discussions on your different theme ideas.

- Confirmation in advance of the day with each supplier as to their arrival time and task(s) onsite the day of the Wedding in accordance with your wishes.
- Production of a Line by Line schedule for your wedding day so that you know in advance all aspects of your wedding day have been accounted for.
- Full emergency and contingency planning to cater for the most frequent problems which arise.
- Attending the rehearsal; working with attendants.
- Ensuring the needs of all VIP guests are catered to and ensuring that all guests enjoy themselves.

The Halo
Day of Wedding Coordination
This is for the couple who has the majority of their wedding planned, who are perhaps in that finally 3 months and realize they need some last minute help to pull the entire day together and pull it off! The Halo ‘Day of’ Wedding Coordination actually begins about 4-6 weeks out from the wedding {or in some cases a little sooner} and its focus is on making sure that all Wedding Suppliers required for the wedding are booked, confirmed and no exactly what and when they should be doing or supplying their product or service. I arrange and coordinate group hotel blocks and transportation for your event and am on hand for any questions and queries your guests may have in relation to your wedding and travelling and staying in the area.
Receiving & Delivery
If you do not have a suitable delivery address to send any wedding purchases or deliveries during your planning, arrangements can be made to send them to me and I can pass them on at our next scheduled meeting or you can collect direct.
Additional Event Planning: Rehearsal Dinners, etc.
I am available to design and plan additional weekend events including your rehearsal dinner, after parties, special excursions, and any other special events related to your wedding weekend.
